Despite common sense and signs (right above the riders head) saying “WALK your bicycles, skateboards and play vehicles on SIDEWALK” this guy is starting to ride up the winding, narrow street at 2mph blocking the normal flow of traffic. I have nothing against riding a bike in this area. It is full of wonderful places and streets to ride. But we need to work together and this isn’t it.
Don’t become a hood ornament riding in places that aren’t meant for bikes and cars together.
