Support systems. Yeah its good to have one. I have several and they are all very important but none more than my better half. Of course my children are wonderful also. And a group of close friends that has supported me beyond belief. I try my best to give these people my support and whatever they need whenever they need it.

• I’m actually excited about watching a debate.
• The reason more people are dying and hurt on our roads isn’t because there are more of us out there. It’s because we are not paying attention to driving but on our phones or thinking about something else. Wake up, look up and get back to F’ing driving please.
• I can’t believe I already see leaves falling.
• I’m mentally switching my outlook on life. I now work 2 days and have a 5 day weekend.
• You know it’s never to late to try to do the right thing.
• I wasn’t creatively inspired today. But all I had to do was look at some very creative Sculptures a family member posted to feel differently.
