Time rolls on quickly, so why not play a little drums or air guitar along the way. Maybe put the petal to the metal and blacken some concrete. Maybe some duck walking out your front door to bring the trash can in. Maybe singing Good Times Bad Times by LZ while mowing the lawn. Whatever floats your boat. Get out with some friends and let your hair down. Well, those of us who are older be careful with what hair you have left, but you get the idea.

That’s right, time to let it go once in a while and this weekend sounds like a good idea. For using the time we have is very important. And it’s really very simple. Love your family and friends. Stay out of the hospital or ground. Keep food on the table. Have compassion. Work hard/play hard. Learn and Laugh.

So get out this day and sow some seeds of fun for this weekend. Remember, you only get 52 of them a year and the year is half over so get busy.

Plant dem seeds of life.

If I want it to rain all I have to do is put my hammock outside.

One of my favorite quotes  “Badges? We ain’t got no badges! We don’t need no badges! I don’t have to show you any stinking badges!” I’m going to have to get that audio clip and play it as I enter our secure facility for the guards.

No wonder there are no tapes. Didn’t CD’s replace them in the 80’s and 90’s?

The longer this country lives in alternate realities the higher the chance of serious and deadly consequences.

If you ever find yourself watching a weather channel STOP, Walk away from the TV. Go outside, look up. It will save you lots of time and be more accurate.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
