Learning and loving

Yesterday I learned my shoulder isn’t 100% still. It was still rewarding working outside a bit. And I love this summer weather. But as a great and wise friend reminded me life is far more than chores. Of course we were all doing them (chores), but I think today I might just unwind a bit. I was so surprised my power even stayed on through the storms last night and was on this morning.

I’m stocking up on color now before the winter season comes.

Wow, I just heard the average person spends a 1/3 of their lifetime asleep. I can honestly say my percentage is lower than that. I can’t say if that was wise or not but it is what it is.

Should have used a higher shutter speed.

When I don’t hit these big lotto pots, I’m usually very glad I either didn’t play or only spent a dollar or two. But on the other side just spending a buck on the ticket, spurs the thought of retirement from the job that pays the bills and doing what we would like the rest of our days. So that beats spending lots of bucks at a therapist. But I also know I’m very rich without the big financial payday, in family and friends.

Well its time to cook up a good Sunday breakfast, so off I go.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
