I am at such peace this morning. A quiet bike ride, some photography and a laugh. The thing about the shore that I love is how friendly everyone is. Well for the most part. The morning was filled with wonderful greetings and replies. Also one interesting one. An older gentleman going for a walk approaches and I say “good morning, how are you today?” And his reply was “better than I deserve to be.” Which reminds me to be humble and have the simple respect for good health.
I didn’t start the day at ease. I got all the way down to the beach and realized my battery in my good camera was about dead. Nice planning mallet head. But I recovered and took my old one out for a few shots. That think (old Kodak) is a workhorse. Its taken almost 10 years of abuse and neglect and keeps on snapping.
I’ve almost got my mental focus straight where I feel like I’m going to continue the exercise routine I’ve started this week. I’m hoping so because I really could shed a few pounds and be healthier. But I also like the positive mental aspects it also provides. When its nice out it helps me be out and connect with people or with my better half. So here’s to the continuing journey of physical and mental fitness.

Sounding like retirement plans should include relocating to Fla, the Sun Strong motto will fit in nicely. Perhaps you should check out visiting Fla for the winter season, and avoid the HAWK. I think I put on a sweat shirt perhaps 6 times last winter. Just the way I like it.
