Don’t let them walk all over you. Have a spine. Have courage. Have pride. Well its sounds good. Lets see if I can practice this. Actually I don’t even get to this point often. If I feel like I’m being taken advantage of in any way, I just get out of that situation asap. I’ve walked out of car dealerships when they have tried some last-minute changes.
I’ve got one situation now that started off well two years ago. Got a little shaky at times. Hit a major pothole, repaired. Got sloppy again and a second pothole and again a repair but both of those repair experiences were not good. So I’m going to terminate this service and move on. More on this to come.
On other things that I haven’t caught and been bitten by, I at least don’t repeat that mistake. I treat people with respect, but when I’m disrespected that is the end. For instance I had a bad experience with GEICO when I was teenager, so I’ve never even considered doing business with them again. I had some woman in a drive thru accuse me of cutting in line when I hadn’t and bitch me out. I haven’t been in a KFC in decades.

I have no idea where I’m going with this. I just saw some footprints in a nice design on a van in OC and decided to try to be thoughtful. Probably would have been better using my time to come up with a good topic.
Random Thoughts of the Day
I haven’t said “life is a bitch” in a good long time. And I work every day to keep away from that thought.
It’s nice to end a day with appreciation for what you have been given. Even if it’s just a smile to yourself.
You know if you show your parents respect they deserve while they are alive you won’t have to be apologizing to them graveside.
Families are a trip. Some are a dream vacation and some are Animal House on a weekend.
