I usually don’t take many people shots. Especially where I focus on someone for a period of time. One morning while on vacation last week I had done a few sunrise shots which really wasn’t much of anything with the clouds but then breaks started appearing a while later.
So I hung around a while, and I’m glad I did. I wish I had my Nikon with me but hey, I feel lucky to have gotten a few good shots. Not these first two but the ones of a couple who passed me on the way to the beach that start below this shot.
They seemed to stop and question going out.
Normally this is where I would have stopped. You see I have a thing about people and privacy even in public settings. And this seemed like a private moment for them being that the beach was deserted. They stayed here at the entrance for a few moments talking.
Just then the sunlight began shifting through the clouds and moving onto the beach. So out they went.
It seemed to be a single beam of light over them.
A decision has been made, he is going IN.
Well maybe not?
So maybe just a walk?
And then I got distracted by activity on the boardwalk behind me, sounded like a truck hit something. I turned back around and they were gone. Just like the sun on the beach a few minutes later.
