What is your favorite animal ask the daily prompt. I would have answered this daily prompt yesterday but illness prevented me from reaching the computer.
My favorite animals are cats. We have had them as pets most of our lives. I’ve learned to love dogs also being my friends have them and my son also. Cats and I seem to be on the same page. Dogs need a lot of love and attention. A lot of times when they want it. Yes it’s a much more interactive relationship and rewarding relationship, but a few things lend cats to my liking.
I don’t have to walk a cat in freezing or messy weather. I don’t have to reach down with a plastic bag and pick up its crap. I don’t have to give up my spots in bed. Just a few things that make me more comfortable with cats.
Commentary – If you choose to have a pet, BE RESPONSIBLE. They are not disposable items. They are not to be mistreated. They are not to be ignored. And be a good owner and take them to the vet to make sure they are healthy.
