Today is a day that both time and inspiration are in short supply. Most of the time this is a privilege to do. A journey into the empty spaces in my mind and what I run into in the world. Today is pain, lack of rest, a long night ahead. You know I don’t have a right to complain about the aches and pains. I had many good years with this body.

But then came the call from the doctor. He said my last cancer test was good and to rest easy for a few months. That kind of news has a way of brightening up a day. Still doesn’t give me the pain relief or more hours in the day but it does turn the week in the right direction. And you can’t ask for more that to be pointed in the right way.

I’m hoping everyone got some kind of good news today. Till we meet again on Hump day.
