I’m back from a wonderful week at the beach with the family. All are home safe and sound and life is good. I ate well and still lost 3 lbs. Guess that walking helped. And I didn’t overdo it with sweets and junk even though that was tempting.
Worked on my tan, my tickling abilities with the grandchildren, and a chance to talk to my children who haven’t been kids for some time but will always be “the children.”
We did the annual trip to Ocean City Maryland. Stayed at a condo that had a beautiful view of the Isle of Wright Bay and the Atlantic Ocean from a 6th-floor wraparound porch.
With children and grandchildren meeting us there last Saturday afternoon till pulling in the driveway this afternoon, it brought a smile to my face many times, and now as I sit here.
It feels so fortunate to have those moments. And I captured a ton of them but now its time to print. That will keep me busy most of the evening.
I hope to return soon to the beach in my convertible and capture some more images of the town, people having fun, and surrounding nature.
