The daily writing prompt asked me to – Write about your most epic baking or cooking fail.

That is a tough one because I can’t remember a cooking failure. Not that I’m a regular cook. I have overcooked a steak, maybe gotten the corn on the grill too brown, overcooked an egg, burnt a few pieces of bacon.

I’ll have to ask this question of my better half when she wakes up later. I’m sure after decades together her memory is better than mine. Because I’m sure I’m forgetting something.

Write about your most epic baking or cooking fail. – A tough request from the daily prompt.

I might have gotten burgers on the grill overdone a few times when I first started but I can’t think of an epic fail. I don’t cook that often and I stick to what I know or I can follow a recipe.

Of course, when my better half rises later this morning and reads this I might be reminded of an epic fail and if so I will update this post.
