A few more warm days, sunshine and we will have some of the colors here and many more. I wonder if photographers will go crazy this spring after the white out in the northeast this winter?

And here is my promise not to overshoot and display the spring blooms (with the exception of the Cherry Blossoms) that I hope to shoot in the next few weeks for the first time in my life. Imagine that, lived here all my life and never been to the Cherry Blossom blooms in DC.

Well, I promised my better half we would do this one day soon. I see where the second step of the bloom process (Florets Visible) was just the other day 4/1. That is the latest I see for that event in many years on their (National Cherry Blossom Festival) Bloom watch chart of the blooming process and history.

Also a pledge to get my behind out more and shoot some of the great state of Maryland. And a little DC mixed in because I work there. So here’s hoping for health and time to follow through with those pledges.

Well, that is after I carve out about 10 hours of College Basketball viewing time in the next 3 days.
