Checkered past

Part of becoming the amateur photographer I’m growing into is keeping my eyes open. I love seeing things that others go right by. Well maybe that isn’t a good eye in some cases but I’ve always enjoyed catching glimpses of classics sitting in garages or out back. Some ready to roll and some fading into history waiting to be claimed and restored again to greatness. These two look pretty well cared for.

And shame on you guys, thinking the blog post title would be about my checkered past. No such luck for you all. WordPress doesn’t have the room needed for that.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
