What is the last thing I’ve done for play or fun, asks the daily writing prompt.
Usually, this isn’t a hard question and one that could be filled in with many answers but life has been busy and consumed with important and serious things so play and fun have been on hold except for snippets in the last few weeks.
Decorating the home and trees for the holidays has been fun. We had a day with each grandchild a short bit ago and to me, that defines the word Play. They bring the child out in me. I like to go with their flow. But when I get the window I’ll show them something new to entertain or make them laugh.
Next year though is PLAYTIME because this kid is retiring.
