The daily prompt with another good question. – What are your thoughts about cryptocurrency?

My first thought when I heard about this was SCAM. Another way for rich people to extract wealth from poorer people. Personally, I avoid it like the plague. That was just my gut instinct and to be honest I haven’t kept up with the technology of it and advancements since its inception.

I see it as another tease, to get rich quick. That greed mentality is pervasive in the world today.

Then again, the markets with all the insider trading and deals going on, this isn’t the safest place either.

But back to Crypto. Wasn’t the news headline the other day about a 6.3 BILLION dollar hack that happened?

Nope, you’re not going to catch me with a digital wallet. I’m having trouble dealing with people who don’t accept CASH.

I’m guessing a lot of people invest in it but barely understand it. Seems dangerous to me. But I’m older and maybe out of date on this topic.

And my final example of why I stay away from it. I read where Trump has earned 1.4 BILLION in 2025 in it. I don’t want to be on his sucker list.
