What’s one small improvement you can make in your life? – I guess the daily writing prompt knew better than asking what improvements I could make in my life. For there are many.
I could be more patient. Simple as that. It’s something I worked on throughout my life. Both at my jobs and my personal life. I know I’ve made progress over time but there is still work to be done.

Boring Improvement
To stretch out better before physical activities. I’m no spring chicken anymore and don’t need strains or sprains as I maintain the estate and pretend I’m an athlete.
I do a morning stretch, mandatory to untwist the backbone which is a major source of pain most days. I’m using some more free weights and that has helped.
Exciting Improvement
Plan an overnight trip today and make reservations. I guess I should coordinate this with the better half before I get ahead of myself.
