Starting the morning with a Coke. Thinking about the day’s possibilities.
Seeing my wife smile and the morning hug.
My Miata gives me energy from driving it.
My grandkids give me energy to live a long time. And its a good thing because it’s hard keeping up with them.
Exercise, work, laughter, seeing good friends, learning, creating.
I guess I’m powered up most every day.

Not many things this morning will give me energy after celebrating one of my best friend’s birthday last night. But here is the list of someone lacking sleep.
