One more for the list

If you could meet a historical figure, who would it be and why? – Asks the daily writing prompt.

I answered that last year in a post called Some History which I still like the answers to.

I’ll add one more to that list. I’d like to meet my parents current neighbor Mr. Graham, at Arlington National Cemetery who won the Medal of Honor in Vietnam and all of us have lunch together. And thank them all again for their service.

Some history

If you could meet a historical figure, who would it be and why? – The daily writing prompt inquires.

I guess it would be Albert Einstein, and I’d ask him if he could fix it.

Or Muhamad Ali to ask him where that incredible drive and determination comes from and how to keep tapping it.

Maybe Ansel Adams, he could work on my techniques on landscape photography.

Then again meeting Michelangelo would be timely because I’m in need of help with the Dremel tool and my sculpting.

I’d like to meet Paul McCartney and ask him what it feels like to sing Hey Jude in front of hundreds of thousands of people.

I’d like to meet the passengers on Flight 93 from September 11th and thank them for their actions and courage.
