Boy is it good to see another day. Forgot that taking that simple principle for granted isn’t a good way to start the day. So I got back to that this morning and a calm at least comes to you for a few minutes. Be it sun on the skin, a breeze in the hair, a look out the window, stretching without pain, whatever it is.
I feel much more at peace and ease when I recognize how special each day is. When I start worrying or over thinking other issues is when the simple pleasures are forgotten. Hearing a loved ones voice, a simple hug. Those things made my day.
Life is also good because I’m fortunate enough to have medical insurance. For that enables me to get this body fixed and back in the game. And that is the key to enjoying life. Being in the game. I’ve been thinking I’ve been on the sidelines too long now and really have to get more active. So tomorrow lets see if I can get this hulk moving outside for a bit.
