Can’t beat this combination. A Hammock and Summertime that is. Well its a great respite from the work week when you can’t do the beach or a pool. It’s actually quiet comfortable laying there suspended on air. Well in my case some strong fabric and some chains. (and yes I’m losing weight). Actually this is one of the best gifts I’ve gotten. I wish I used it more but me and lying around, doesn’t happen too often.
But on a summer day like today its on my agenda.

The humidity is gone and just sun and a breeze. That and my thoughts on how to leave this world a better place. No I’m not going on a political rant today. But I am focusing on being more active. Trying to be a better person myself. Maybe getting back to helping others each day is the trick.
Maybe if each of us ease the tensions and issues for our fellow-man, things could improve? Hell who am I kidding, we all know there are people who will never be happy and just enjoy the misery of others or inflicting it on them. I just have to figure a way to avoid that contact and do positive work.

Relaxing is an art form for some people. I just don’t have that talent.
I never pegged such a large group of people in this country as supporters of Communism.
I’m constantly amazed at the strength of children.
The fires burning in California have nothing on the one inside DC.
It’s nice to get a compliment at the job.
I promising myself that I’ll get out and do some shooting this Thursday.
I’m disappointed in myself for not posting yesterday.
