Flying

I was thinking that November just flew by me like a snap of my fingers. So my mission for December is to appreciate each day a bit more. Not that November was a bad month. There were some very good times. I just feel that it was so crammed full of stuff that I have trouble reflecting on it. Maybe I can use this to note something special about each day in December.

I can dream of spring anytime I feel like.

And what is special about today so far? Well it always lifts my spirits to take out the box of Xmas lights. Till I discover the first two of three strings I pull out aren’t working well. Well there are a dozen more in there and I know a few stores that carry lights so no problem.

Trying to hide.

It’s a good thing Thanksgiving and Christmas roll around each year to remind me how good Pecan Pie is.

Random Thoughts of the Day

Don’t forget its V week. Contribute to the cancer fight of your choice please.

RIP 41. Much respect for your service, the way you carried yourself and lived. It’s remarkable to have such a contrast presently.

Waiting is ok, as long as the answer is ok.

I’m appreciating this first day of December. I honored it by watching some specials about a good man. I need to work more on being a good man myself.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
