Smarter drinks and food choices have helped me shed several pounds. Well, a few more than several but I seem to be leveling off. Time to incorporate Phase 2 and start regular aerobic exercise and a little weight lifting.
So out the door, I go to walk tomorrow morning. The last night of work is upon me so I can nap in the sun tomorrow afternoon if I want. I started lifting some light weights a few weeks ago but increasing reps now.
There is a fine line between enjoying life and being healthy. I still allow myself one Coke a day. I could still easily drink 6-8 of them a day because I enjoy the hell out of them. But there is just too much weight involved in that decision.
Life is all about the decisions we make or don’t make. I’m trying to make a few more right ones than in the past.

- Beautiful moon out tonight.
- Tomorrow I wash the fleet of cars.
- If I didn’t know better I’d say there have been some military flights over us recently.
- If tired was a race I’d be finishing in the money all the time.
