We took a trip to Savage Mill today after some errands. And started with a great lunch at The Dive Bar and Grille. I had the Alabama Slammer burger and my better half had the Strawberry Balsamico salad. We finished it with each having a buttercream from Sweet Cascades Chocolatier. In between we strolled around indoors and outside for a short bit.

I was very sad to see HorseSpirit Arts Gallary closing its doors. They have many beautiful pieces in there. I haven’t downloaded it from the other camera but had a few images from the phone to share. I’ll be going back there in the spring where we can sit outside and dine if it’s nice and wander outside and some nearby trails.

I have to admit this is my first visit to Savage Mill and it’s got that artist environment that I like in between other stores my better half is drawn to. I liked the ArtCraft store the most. A couple of books were purchased from The Last Word bookstore.

My first suggestion for what to do this week looked to be a winner.
