The state of our union is just fine. Happily married to my original better half and loving life.
So I thought I’d spread the cheer with the shot below. Spring is on the doorstep and summer will soon follow. Summer is the season that brings out the youth in all of us.
The agenda is packed today. And I can’t wait to get cracking at the free spaces in it to capture some images around town.
I’m also going to appreciate the last few days of an old Chevy that has been a trooper. After 16 years and a couple of young female drivers taking their toll, it’s still cranking up every time and getting from A to B and back. It needs a bit of repair I don’t feel like making, a window that is off track and replacing an old motor for the said driver’s side window. A few other things also.
I’ll be getting rid of it in a few weeks and moving onto another used vehicle as our around-town beater later this year. Miata’s are not winter vehicles. At least mine isn’t.

- There is a lot to be said for following your dreams. Too bad you don’t realize that till you take action.
- It’s a very special day for a very special person in my life.
- I’m working on a surprise for someone tomorrow morning.
- Looks like it’s going to be one of those years where I’m going to be powering through some pain.
