I’ve always considered myself a good listener. Who knows, maybe I’m far from it. But I think I’ll try to take it to another level. You can learn a lot more from listening than talking. You can learn the essence of people by listening well. The more I hear the easier it is to know people.

It might change the dynamic in some cases but most of the people I’ve met and know, like talking so have at it. I’ll listen even more.

Don’t mistake my silence for not having an opinion. Don’t mistake my silence for agreement. Don’t mistake my silence for lack of feeling. Don’t mistake my silence for fear of sharing my opinion.

I’m just deciding who I want to respond to. When to reply, and what to say. And in some cases, I might let my fingers do my talking.
