When feeling blue feels good

I’ve been looking hard at other paint jobs and discovering what I’d like. Not that one is imminent but when it’s time I’ll know. And what better place than car meets? And it allows me to practice some photography along the way.

I probably still won’t go blue but this is a very nice shade with some great detailing above.

Not sure which holds my interest more now. Cars or cameras. If I’m not driving them I seem to be shooting them. And learning more about both is a lot of fun. I hope to pick up some feedback on suspension changes when the time comes to replace the stock ones at the coming Miata meet-up a week from tomorrow.

The more I shoot the more I seem to enjoy life. I doing more experimenting with different settings than I have in a while. And that effort will continue today and into this evening. I’d like to get outside this night to work on some timed shots.

But first, the yard needs cutting. So out I go before the real heat of the day cranks up. Stay cool, stay safe. Well if I followed that advice, I wouldn’t have any fun now, would I?

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.

  1. My corolla hatchback’s color is “galactic aqua mica.” A very dark navy with a shimmer of glimmer. I adore it.
