About 48 hours of wetness to get through then I can take the cover off and cruise again. Summer is getting away from me and I have to make good use of the remaining warm weather. I’m sure this Chevy SSR owner feels the same way as I saw them cruising The Avenue in White Marsh on a beautiful Friday.
The fun machine was waxed the other day so it looks like this coming Tuesday will be the day I get to give the interior and wheels/rims some attention.
I still find joy in detailing my ride. Yes, I’m sure some professionals could do it better but I can live with the job I do fine. Plus I’m not shelling out a few hundred dollars to have it done.
But I’m no longer a mechanic. Not that I couldn’t learn and get back into it, but I’d rather leave that to the pros and enjoy the upgrades while driving.
Well, enough about the 4-wheel enjoyment.
