I washed the car and it got cloudy. The monthly meeting of the Miata Club of Maryland was attended. Felt good because I hadn’t been in the last 2 months. I always learn things and see new styling details. And of course, the hoods open and the engine talk starts.
A lot of the group is into autocross racing and even some track events. I haven’t modified my ride but its time is coming. Nothing radical.

My better half and I had a wonderful lunch at Oscars Ale House in Woodstock today. Great service and food. And so close to home. Hell yeah. Cheesesteak eggrolls with queso and a Monte Cristo were just the ticket I needed today. I belive she had the cream of crab soup with the turkey and avacodo sandwich.
Reliving parts of this weekend in my mind today. After not shooting for many years with the shotgun I see I haven’t lost the touch and another round and I’ll be on my game again. I’m going to take my son to this place on the Eastern Shore called The Point at Pintail. We had a great time slinging lead.
Covid vaccine received. I’m a big believer in modern medicine despite the many doubters. My father was in the medical field and my mother was always a big believer in it. We spent a lot of time at Bethesda Naval Hospital in my youth. And even as my Mom got older we went there for her appointments and surgeries.
Time to kick back and edit some photos, make some prints and catch a little baseball and football. Have a good evening all.
