Incredibly productive day from my perspective and I hope to keep it going into the evening. I’ve got a good start with the first pass edit of 800 images from the weekend shoot. And a couple picked out for this post.
I still have another 150 to transfer and do a first pass on. I’ll provide a link to all the finalists when I upload this mess to the photo site.
It was nice having two attempts at the boardwalk parade in Ocean City MD this weekend. I shot one from the boards and one from the second-floor balcony in the background in the blue glass.
The weather was beautiful. I was out in shorts.
This nice stretch of weather is coming to an end, with some winds and much cooler temps moving into the area. So it was nice to spend the day outside.
A good workout with the push mower followed by washing and drying the Miata. A quick ride and dropped the SUV at the shop for some repairs. Spent some time with the leaf blower and tinkering with the riding mower trying to figure out how to get that running again.
The camera batteries are charged again and I’m ready for another week of shooting.
Random Thoughts of the Day
- The less TV I watch, the happier I am.
- Football, modern-day Gladiators.
- I saw a post titled Can Hope and Hopelessness Exist Together. I haven’t read it yet but I believe the answer is yes.
- I’ve got to be a better reader. Time to devote some time each day.
