Retirement puts a whole new perspective on Mondays.
Photography Journey Day 4 – 11/4
Both batteries for the camera have been charged and I was ready to shoot today. The body is not on the same page and that along with some chores slowed my roll during the day but I will bounce back this evening. And maybe I’ll even be out the door before the sun rises tomorrow.
I see a lot of similarities between photography and life. For instance, if you don’t get out and experience and see things, life can be less than fulfilling. Most times in life and photography, it’s up to you to see the beauty.
Sometimes your imagination can capture other’s imagination.
To me, it captures the memories and experiences of my life as I meander through its aisles. It’s a visual history for my kids and grandkids.
I learned today that not feeling well might alter where and when I shoot but it won’t prevent me from shooting.
Tonight’s agenda:
- Download and edit the product shots I did this afternoon.
- Upload images to the Zenfolio site.
- Make some prints for both the Ocean City and Ellicott City projects.
- Read some more of “The Photographers Playbook”
- Read two articles on shooting wildlife.
- Find something interesting tonight to shoot and share first thing tomorrow morning.
