The Doors 3

I believe I shot this door below in St Michaels Maryland a few years back. Remember, a few years could be a long time being I’m a senior. It’s one of my favorite shots of a door. Sorry if you’ve seen it before. I think I first published it back in 2014 or 2015.

Also another old shot of the Embassy Theatre in Cumberland Maryland.

About 5-6 years ago I was laid up for a couple weeks during the summer and had to have someone else cut the lawn a few times. For that I received a broken slider door. If I had been well enough to pull the mower out of that shed in the background, this wouldn’t have happened. They did replace it but it took like 7 weeks if I remember correctly.

I’m having fun participating in the Thursday Doors where people post their best Entrances and Exits. Remember to share your link in the comments’ on Dan’s site.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.

  1. Old doors have such character

  2. I love that first photo, Mike. Everything about it is beautiful. Also being a senior, I wouldn’t remember if you shared it in 2014. I like the other photos as well, especially ‘shattered’ – brought to mind the Roling Stones song.
