After a two-week hiatus I’m returning to the Thursday Doors vigil. Sorry for the absence but it was unavoidable.
Come join the fun of Thursday Doors. The link to Dan’s Site – No Facilities to see many more talented displays of grand entrances. Have a great week all. And as always thank you Dan.
The first shot is the backyard of the Pink Cabbage shop just outside Ellicott City.
The town of Ellicott City is full of great doors.
Of course, the place is so old that most of them don’t fit or close well.
Doors on hills are always interesting.
Notice the bottom of the door cut off. I should have stood down there with it and gave it a better perspective.

Excellent gallery of doors, Mike. I like the first photo of the Pink Cabbage… wonderful furniture pieces and the pick door is fabulous. Thank you!

Sorry for the typo, Mike. That should have read the “Pink door is fabulous.”

Welcome back, Mike. I love the collection of objects in that first photo, and I agree that doors on hills are always interesting. Yours is the second door that is somewhat below grade in this week’s contributions. I don’t see these types of doors very often, and they are hard to photograph.
