Misjudged

I’ve misjudged a few things in life. I love it when I misjudge something, and it turns out in a positive way. Sometimes there aren’t any ramifications, positive or negative. But most commonly when misjudging things there can be negative implications.

Recently I’ve come to the realization I’ve misjudged something important and now I have to adjust. Some of it was new information so it wasn’t a total misjudgment, but I should have seen it coming. There were hints along the way.

Live, learn and adapt is what I’m doing again and making it work for me instead of everyone else. A common flaw of mine, pleasing others first or only and putting my interest aside. Well I’m too old to spend time trying to enlighten, satisfy or and please some. So changes are coming.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
