Gazing out into darkness waiting for the sunrise. The last warmth of the season floating away like the leaves. Daylight is getting shorter and now the time change tonight creating more issues. The first thought is an extra hour’s sleep tomorrow morning. Then you remember you’ll be driving home in the dark from now on.

But forget all that nonsense. I’m just looking forward to today. We got a little visitor coming to make our day exciting. And with some sun and temps around 60 we can be outside a bit.

Later I’ll get the firepit going and we can make some smores. In between I’ll share my love of art with her and I’m sure she will want my help building another fort around the house.

In between I hope to sneak in some photography and a few posts today.
