Each quarter the remaining family members in the area gather for lunch and dessert at one of our homes. We rotate selecting the restaurant.
My brother in-law Tom chose Kecco’s Woodfire Kitchen on Westminster Pike just off 795 exit 9a. And what a pick he made. They live near here and had tried it after appointments in the area.
I had the Calamari Fritti which was very good, perfectly cooked and a nice marinara sauce. But the part that totally impressed me was the Carnosa Woodfire pizza. It has topping with pepperoni, meatball, bacon and sausage which were all great. The cheese and sauce combination was perfect.
This was one of the best pie’s I’ve had in a great while. I wish it was closer.
