What a change from morning to afternoon. Drizzle and cold to sunny and warm. Typical Maryland weather. It’s been a wonderful time with my grandson this day. Nothing makes me happier than making my grandchildren and children happy. All it takes is effort and love. And I have plenty of that to go around.

Tomorrow is a day that I will be out and about. Both working in the yard and out on the road. For now, the shed will be closed, I’ll take the cover off the car and wipe that off. Maybe a ride tonight if I find myself alone.

Random Thoughts of the Day

• I’ll be working on my tan tomorrow.
• That mower battery might not have the life left in it I thought it had.
• There are few more satisfying words than “come play with me Papa” especially when said with such enthusiasm each time.
• Each day that idiot is in the White House, we are all in more danger.
• Grandchildren find muscles I haven’t used in a while and exercise them.
