I should go back and take a shot this afternoon from the same spot. It would be a good contrast to the image below with that smokey haze out there today. If I go out, I will get it, but it was super uncomfortable this morning going to the hardware store and it’s getting worse.
A quick walk on Tuesday before a dental appointment gave me the opportunity to get this great sky below. This building is about 100 feet from my old dentist’s office. He retired and I’m on my second one in as number of years. I think I’ll stay with this one. More comfortable there.
Watched the news at noon and they recommended everyone stay in. It seems it’s at the unhealthiest air quality outside. To the point they were recommending masks. So, unless a breeze comes along and clears things up a bit I’m staying in.
Just turned on some classic music from my youth. Life is good.
Random Thoughts of the Day
- I like the lyrics to The Who’s song “Join Together.”
- Heat, humidity and smoke. At least it’s not earthquakes, floods, hurricanes, fires or sandstorms.
- There is a ripple in the force. The weekend must be upon us. I don’t feel it because every day is a weekend. But the vibe from so many others is contagious.
- One of my more productive weeks despite many appointments and not feeling my best.
- Sometimes a little bit of good news or a little voice can save you.
