Chilly start, nice finish

That chill makes for some good sleep. Haven’t used a blanket in a while. 40 degrees out this morning was too cold for this early in October. My instinct is to start to prepare for hibernation. Must be the bear in me. An instinct I have to fight against all winter long.

So, I got extra busy to warm up the basement and get the day off to a good start. A few posts here, some exercise and off to a doctor’s appointment and back home. Funny timing my best friend was at the doctor’s also this morning.

The day is filled with opportunities. I’ve made use of a few already. Had time to drop off my vote, hit the pharmacy and capture a few new images.

I should get one of these. Maybe people would tailgate me less.

I’m going with the flow this week like this guy.

Random Thoughts of the Day

  • Lzzy Hale reminds me of Janis Joplin. I saw her cover an old Bad Company tune and it was incredible.
  • We could be only a few weeks away from civil war. Don’t underestimate his desire to stay in total control.
  • Looks like I could overdose on baseball today.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
