The daily prompt wants me to – Tell us about your morning routine.
I wake up early. I stretch out a bit, hit my home office, check email and then get to work on the morning posts here. Oh, before I sit down, I get my morning Coke. I never was a coffee drinker.
Before I write I always step outside no matter what the weather is to check out the morning and sometimes the animals that greet me by surprise before daylight hits.
After I write for a short bit, I check the news of the morning and usually get on the treadmill for a bit.
As far as eating sometimes, I’ll have a full breakfast and other times nothing.
Several hours later my better half usually wakes.
