I blew through (slowly of course) my favorite town (Ellicott City) Saturday. And I only had a second to pull over and grab this shot of the renovated mill, bridge and some color on my way to my destination up the road. I think I’d like to take a walk there today and do some more photography.
I was talking to a close friend who misses it very much. He grew up in this city so it’s home to him. As well as home to my better half. I spent some years working in that town myself.
Having taken a few days away this past week, I’ve missed some of the fall color, so I’ll be out and about trying to catch a few whiles still attached to the trees once that sun comes out.
I hope your Monday is off to a good start.
