I’m just catching up this evening with the blog. We were away a few days playing tourist in Charleston South Carolina. What a beautiful place. I’ve got about 400 images to download and edit. I hope I have a few good ones. We did a ton of walking and eating and sightseeing in 4 1/2 days. The weather was perfect, sunny with highs in the mid-70s and upper 50s or low 60s at night, which is nice for us older folks.

We sampled carriage rides, galleries galore, shopping, museums, waterfront dining, plantations and fountains. We walked many miles each day and it felt great. And it’s a good thing we did because this is a great food paradise. It was one of the cleanest towns I’ve been to. It also felt safe no matter where we went.

The style, color and design of the architecture was unbelievable. The people are friendly and helpful. It all made for a great trip with my better half.

Oh, it’s good to be back. Now to work, I love it.
