This seemed like a good shot to start off a Friday with. Coming to shore to re-supply for the weekend voyage.

I hope to cruise myself for an hour or two between today and tomorrow. I won’t be on the water though. Just in the 2-seater on some back roads taking my time.

That is something that tears at me every day. Do I put the peddle to the metal or do I cruise and relax and enjoy not working as hard. Regarding my hobbies and creating things, I’m driven each day to do more, and I’m frustrated when I don’t accomplish more.

Then there is the schedule being so tight even in retirement that I just want free days to relax or read or sleep. There are far fewer of those than I thought there would be.

That’s life, finding that balance and being flexible along the way because nothing is 50/50 all the time.
