What’s the kindest thing someone has ever done for you? – Asks the daily prompt.
This is a tough one to answer because I don’t want to leave the special things anyone has done for me and I know I will.
When my mom stepped up and raised my sister and I alone at a young age was pretty special. Or when she helped with the down payment on our first home.
My better half taking care of me when recovering from surgeries is very special. And every time I’m sick is the kindest thing.
Maybe our children throwing us a surprise anniversary party a while back.
My best friend helping me move in one day, with just the two of us was extremely kind.
When my 1- & 1/2-year-old granddaughter runs at me going Papa-Papa with a huge smile. When my 4-year-old grandson grabs my hand and runs us towards the shed to get the tractor out. And anytime my 7-year-old granddaughter reaches for my hand gives it the same squeeze my daughter does.
