Wednesday window and thoughts

Was wandering around Catonsville a few weeks ago and while walking past Bill’s Music store just snapped a quick image of the drum set in the window. Besides my family and friends, the love of photography and music are two things that make me feel great. I’ve never earned a dime from my photography passion and if I never do I won’t regret a second that I ever had my camera in my hand because the feeling of accomplishment and enjoyment I get from taking pictures and sharing them is a reward money can’t touch. Music represents my life in so many ways. No I’m not a musician, I know several though and music is part of my daily life. In both good times and bad it seems to create emotions in me that get me back on the right track.

As I face many challenges in my future I hope to use both music and photography to pull me through difficult times. As they always have in the past.  So let me get my iTunes library cranked up here so I can either dance or play a little air guitar or both, to put my mind right for the evening ahead.

Random Thoughts for Wednesday October 7th 2015

  • An organization that runs a 24/7 business but operates on a 9-5 mentality is deeply flawed. Or just doesn’t give a F.
  • Don’t spend your life in a car, unless you’re a race car driver.
  • To bad Wisdom doesn’t come in a shot or pill. Even if it did I think there would a be a good number of people who would refuse it. For we certainly have enough people around us who think they know it all already.
  • If  you have a well of kindness, may it never run dry.

With a lifetime and a half in the Newspaper industry I'm preparing for my retirement career as an Artist, Writer, Photographer and Video content provider. I'm a proud father of two wonderful children and I'm still married to the first girl I fell in love with and probably only one that would have me.
