Brutal start to the work week with power outages affecting things. And then the sudden political fury. Then concern for a few friends. One awaiting some medical results and another in a difficult spot professionally. I sent a note to one and I hope to speak to the other later today. Sometimes I wish I could be there more for friends and family but I do the best I can. Its seems good enough for most but as always there are some that I will not meet their expectations.

No energy today, no creative juices flowing freely. I’ll snap back tomorrow. Probably disappointed in myself. Pissed that I missed so many days of publishing this month. I got on a good roll in September but wasn’t able to maintain. Well there is November and we will set our goal to do better.

A good manager is worth their weight in gold.
Sleep is not overrated.
If life was fair you could just kick some people in the ass and it would be seen as fair, instead of assault.
