Well I finally got a nice start to the day at 5:20am. Out the door shortly after. Caught a nice sunrise. Of course they are all beautiful. A good walk and some fresh air was great. Having a few days without the pressures and drama of the job that pays the bills is nice. Sort of like a mental refresh.
Another day of the summer set to BROIL. Even at daybreak the oven was preheating. That is ok. You know I love it. Too bad we can’t bottle some of this heat instead of burning fuels to warm us all winter.

Well the only comfortable place today was in the AC or pool or ocean. Hey, I hit the trifecta in that regard. Life is good.

Learning how to relax is difficult for me.
I’m practicing sleep. I hope practice makes perfect.
I don’t know who gets stressed out more when people go on vacation. Their pets or the humans who leave them.
Fractured Prune doughnuts are the bomb or whatever term is used for GREAT.
