I’m really liking the town of Westminster. We have family there and I love visiting. And one of our favorite places that never disappoints and leaves us feeling very good is located right on Main Street. RockSalt Grille is that spot and we will continue to patronize it as often as we can.

It’s always crowded but service is always top notch as it was this visit also. Timing, attention to detail and good food, what more can you ask.

The Mahi Mahi tacos, the Berrylicious salad with shrimp and the Short Rib Quesada were all great. And having no will power I had to try the bacon mac and cheese which was also top notch.

I didn’t get a chance to snap images of the 3 deserts we got to go. But I heard all were delicious. Smith Island Red Velvet cake and Oreo Cheesecake and Italian Lemon Cream cake were the choices but I’ve had the Key Lime pie and that is very good also. I image they all are.

This is one fine establishment that is a treat that keeps topping itself.
