An evening shot below but it’s still dark out now and I wanted something upbeat to start the day. I’m looking forward to a day packed with chores and fun activities.

Just having the opportunity to choose what to do is nice in retirement. I hope it continues for a good while.

Certainly a chilly morning for early September but that will change soon. I’ve got some fun and sun to get before leaf blower season.

Glad I’m getting an early start. It always feels good to get a jump on the day and wait for sunrise.
