For some reason (unknown) I’m really feeling good about today. Maybe the music I started with today. Some upbeat Van Halen is on now. Little Guitars and Right Now. Maybe its my body not sending pain signals constantly.

Could be the fact that I have a free day to do some photography and other artistic pursuits. That always gets me in a good frame of mind.

I’m sure some of it is the residual feeling from being with my family yesterday and this morning. I made some of my granddaughter’s favorite (bacon) this morning and my better half made her cinnamon buns.

It could be the excitement I feel training my granddaughter in photography. She now has my old Kodak Digital camera. And the fact that she seems interested and excited about it is a real plus.

Maybe the thought of not having to go to a store today, even though I’m sure I’ll see or experience some idiot drivers. Good thing I’m in a holiday spirit and will just let it roll off the back.

With the clouds this morning I’m going to spend some time pumping the body up. Some weights and treadmill time. But this afternoon I hear sunshine will return so out I will go and try to put a few more miles on this body. There are lots of leftovers to consume so I’ve got to increase the calorie burn rate.

Random Thoughts of the Day

• There is only what you do.
• I swear there is a voice in my back.
• The thought of not hearing Steven Tyler scream an Aerosmith tune out again is depressing.
• Another month is almost down, but one of my most productive ones by far this year. And still two days to make more of mark.
• I think the best thing about holidays now besides not having to work them is not having to go back to work after then. Hell YEAH.
