It’s a wrap

Well, if you measure by the week this one is about in the books. Some prep for the season and home maintenance. We’re cleaning out the attic and I hope to finish that job tomorrow. Worked on hanging a few strings of lights on the front porch.

Tomorrow I venture out for the area light displays. Photo by Mike Hartley

I also finished putting the tree together in the basement and got the lights on that. Tested 4 other strings of light and fixed 2 other strings of lights that had several out which put a smile on my face.

It’s almost time to break out the gift wrapping tools.

Photography Journey Day 37 recap and Day 38 – 12/8/24

I haven’t done the shooting I hoped for the last two days but I’ve got a good mental balance working again. I needed some rest and it’s a busy season getting ready for the holidays. I didn’t take advantage of the nice weather today, so I’ll venture out into the rain tomorrow.

I did get another shot for the family camera series. This is another oldie. Manufactured between 1949 and 1961 I give you the Kodak Brownie Hawkeye camera.

Ah, only 5 minutes to the start of a new week. Most dread Mondays. I now love them, as I do every day.
